Wireless control, weather- and dust-resistant, and with output comparable to 1600W HMI, the TIPA jury selected the Aputure 1200d because of its proven ability to be ready for any pro-level production, both indoors and out. This daylight-balanced fixture (5600K) features numerous wireless control connections, including Bluetooth, DMX, and WiFi that can handle full scale dimming options and apply a host of special effects such as paparazzi, fireworks, lightning, “faulty bulb” and more. Optimized output can be obtained by using any of the three included Bowens Hyper Reflectors that supply varying beam angles, from narrow to wide, with Narrow creating an output of 83,100 lux at 10 ft. (3 meters). In addition, numerous soft light modifiers, including light domes and lanterns, can be attached via the Bowens mount.
