Canon RF600mm f/11 IS STM

Canon’s RF600mm is a highly affordable and very long range prime telephoto lens that is both compact and lightweight. The fixed f/11 aperture is developed as part of the ground-breaking EOS R system. With this thought provoking optical design, Canon has redefined our perception of aperture and how it relates to performance. The lens has a tripod mount inset on the barrel and the retractable design and 5-stops optical image stabilisation can certainly come in handy. AF is quick and smooth for both still and video recording, thanks to the incorporation of an STM (stepping motor drive). A unique lens build using gapless dual layer diffractive optics, results in a lighter lens and makes for much easier handling and operation.
