TIPA Celebrates its XXII Awards Ceremony

MADRID, 06/11/2012

Readersメ opinions matter and the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) is once again conducting a global readership survey that will be published in most of the TIPA member magazines. The survey seeks to collect valuable information about your photography habits, where you get your information from, how you use photographic magazines and what you think of it.

TIPA has been conducting similar readership surveys since 1992, and provided the participating magazines a way of evaluating the changes in its readersメ opinions and consumer trends in the photography and imaging industry. The survey results for 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011 are available on the TIPA website.

The latest TIPA readersメ survey will run in the November and December 2012 issues of the TIPA member magazines and the results will be posted on the TIPA website once the survey has been completed. The survey is designed and analysed by WIP, a German press research institute.

To encourage as many magazine readers as possible to take part in the survey, TIPA is giving away award-winning cameras in a prize draw for survey participants.

These TIPA award winners are:
Best DSLR Professional: a Canon EOS-1D X body
Best DSLR Expert: a Nikon D800 body
Best DSLR Entry Level: a Nikon D5100 body
Best CSC Advanced: a Panasonic LUMIX GX1 with a LUMIX G X Vario PZ 14-42mm lens.

Have your opinion heard and take part in our global research.
